Event Summary: A two and a half hour workshop on Senior Health, Fitness and Personal Energy, How to Get it, How to Keep it, How to Use it. this is not an exercise class.
In just two and a half fast-paced hours, you will learn how to develop and use your body and your mind to gain maximum personal energy. You will learn the elements of personal energy and how to use them to reduce the effects of aging and the physical and mental deterioration that accompanies aging.
Bob McMillan will inspire, motivate, educate and activate you to live your senior years to their fullest. You will learn simple exercises that you can use immediately to increase your strength flexibility and increase your personal energy for life. But keep in mind this is not an exercise class.
